Summary of Covid Relief Activities by Annapoorna Trust in collaboration with Microfocus

Annapoorna Trust in collaboration with MICRO FOCUS has been reaching out to support labourers, children, covid warriors, ASHA workers, covid affected patients across Karnataka, Telangana & Tamil Nadu states in India.
Micro Focus, a British multinational software and information technology organization, is committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives, and to community engagement. Since 2017, Annapoorna has been associated with Micro Focus and this collaboration has taken various initiatives in the field of nutrition, healthcare, education & sanitation for the benefit of the society at large.
In the recent past, Micro Focus has supported SaiSure nutrition supplement & solid breakfast distribution to 75,244 needy school children, in 2018, 2019 and upto the onset of pandemic in 2020 at 1452 rural government schools located in Chikkaballapur, Mandya & Ramanagara districts in Karnataka. Micro Focus also supports free ready-premix breakfast served for needy children at pilot schools of Annapoorna Breakfast programme in Erode & Salem districts of TamilNadu.
Micro Focus wholeheartedly agreed to come forward with Annapoorna Trust in the assistance of covid patients, covid warriors, labourers, ASHA workers etc. during the pandemic situations.
