The trust has its presence in 25 states and 4 UTs, dedicated to addressing malnutrition among children, with the flagship SaiSure nutritional supplement presented with milk.

Summary
We are looking for Regional Manager / Manager – CSR/Fundraising to drive collaboration and fund generation for the Annapoorna Morning Nutrition Program by engaging with corporates and like-minded organizations.
Job location
Requirements at Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities
• Build and maintain a strong network of dedicated CSR partners and identify new fundraising opportunities
• Develop and implement initiatives to achieve organizational fundraising goals
• Drafting grant applications and fundraising proposals
• Strategize and execute CSR and fundraising campaigns
• Liaise with government departments for relevant funding opportunities
• Explore and initiate crowdfunding campaigns and other digital fundraising avenues
• Represent the Trust at CSR events, conferences, and meetings across India to foster networking and generate leads
Qualifications required
Education: Bachelor’s degree. (Postgraduate degree is an added advantage)
Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in fundraising in social/CSR sector
Salary
Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 and above per month.
Variable Component: Commensurate with performance

Manager — Donor Outreach & Fundraising
Job Location — Chikkaballapur / Bangalore
The Manager — Donor Outreach & Fundraising will serve as the bridge between those who have the capacity to give and those whose lives can be transformed by a meal. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and securing funding from individual donors — owning the full fundraising journey from the first conversation to the final commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and map potential individual donors including HNIs, aligned with the organisation’s mission and values
- Initiate outreach through personal meetings, calls, emails, and networking opportunities
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations for individual donors
- Lead funding conversations with confidence and sensitivity — from first meeting to final commitment
- Drive PAN India donor engagement through well-planned events and fresh, innovative outreach ideas that inspire individual giving and to build donor visibility & interest
- Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of prospective individual donors at all times
- Meet and exceed annual individual donor fundraising targets
Qualifications Required:
- Any graduate with an experience of 3-4 years in Individual donor fundraising, can apply
- Strong command over English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in speaking with potential donors and building rapport
- Willingness to travel and work on the field to attract and engage potential individual donors
Proposed Salary:
- Annual CTC: ₹6.00 LPA – ₹7.50 LPA (based on experience and suitability)

Job Description
Position Title: Executive – Operations
Organization: Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust
Location: Hyderabad
Job Purpose
To ensure effective implementation of the Nutrition Program at district/mandal level, including supply coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Program Operations & Implementation
- Oversee implementation of the nutrition program across the assigned regions.
- Ensure timely distribution of nutrition materials (SaiSure Ragi) to mapped schools.
- Conduct field visits to schools to monitor preparation, quality, and consumption of nutrition provided.
Supply and Logistics Coordination
- Ensure timely supply and distribution of nutrition materials (SaiSure Ragi) to mapped schools.
- Coordinate with logistics providers such as Navata and VRL for the dispatch and booking of stocks.
- Track stock movement and coordinate with transport vendors to ensure delivery reaches the school point without delay.
- Work closely with MIS Coordinators, Headmasters, and school authorities to ensure smooth program implementation.
Data Management and Documentation
- Ensure correct data entry and verification in official records for all Intermediate college supplies; build relationships with Principals and partner NGOs. Collection of testimonials and documentation of success stories.
- Support field-level data collection, such as height and weight measurements from CSR-supported schools, when required.
- Coordinate submission and collection of bills from respective districts. Assist in the preparation of Proof of Delivery (POD) letters and billing documentation for assigned districts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in NGOs, the education sector, field operations, or government coordination is preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Willingness to travel.
Office Location: Vanasthalipuram (Autonagar), Hyderabad. The candidate may stay at the office accommodation provided or commute daily from their residence.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office:
- MS Excel (data entry, billing sheets, trackers, basic formulas, reporting)
- MS Word (official letters, documentation)
- MS PowerPoint (presentations preparation)
Salary: Monthly ₹20,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience & suitability)

- Coordinate with government authorities for program approvals, expansion, and monitoring.
- Facilitate review meetings, reporting, and documentation required by government departments.
CSR Operations & Partner Engagement
- Coordinate with CSR partners to support implementation of funded projects.
- Ensure timely sharing of program updates, impact reports, and utilization details with CSR stakeholders.
- Support field visits, review meetings, and partner engagement activities.
- Work closely with the fundraising team to support CSR proposals with operational inputs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in NGO operations, government liaison, CSR programs, or development sector projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and operational planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Technical Skills
