He spearheads a unique global mission across 33 Countries. Since 2011, apart from Nutrition, Sri Madhusudan Sai has established institutes of excellence in Education, Healthcare and Spirituality across the world. Today, 38 educational Institutions across 28 campuses, a University in South India, and three institutions abroad are providing values-based education to over 5,000 boys and girls. Ten specialty hospitals in India, and five hospitals abroad are providing free healthcare. 12 Centres for Human Development in 11 countries have also been established to work towards the welfare and well-being of all as one global family, vasudaiva kutumbakham. Mr. Anand Kumar Kadali is a Trustee & CEO of the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust. A certified independent director and experienced professional in the software industry, he has, in the past, worked for global companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), HCL, and Dimension Data. After serving the software industry for 15 years, he chose to bid adieu to his professional corporate life to pursue his passion full time for community service. At Annapoorna Trust, he has been a key driver connecting the objectives of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of organizations and mapping the same to the healthcare, nutrition, educare, and sanitation needs of the rural poor.

Ashish Bhardwaj, with over 20 years of professional experience including 13 years in IT Quality at Oracle India, serves as the Trustee and Chief Development Officer at Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust. Leveraging his corporate background and multiple certifications—including Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL V3 Foundation, and ISO Internal Auditor—he leads operations, CSR partnerships, and government alliances. After nearly two decades in the corporate sector, he transitioned to the development sector, driven by his passion for societal impact and child welfare.In his role, Ashish oversees the design and execution of CSR initiatives and strategic fundraising across India, fostering relationships with corporates and government bodies to scale Annapoorna’s morning nutrition program. He also drives the Trust’s international expansion into countries such as Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.

With more than two decades of core technical expertise in analytics-driven business insights, he has experience across all key aspects of managing a large organization—including Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and Category—while managing the P&L of a firm.He has delivered sustained organizational growth in dynamic environments, driving business transformations, scaling up operations, and achieving critical strategic goals. Sai Prasad also brings over 25 years of voluntary experience working with communities and children, both in India and abroad, aligned to organizations such as the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations and Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust.

Currently serving as a Trustee, she heads the Trust’s Human Resources department—bringing not only her technical proficiency but also strong leadership in managing and nurturing the human capital integral to the Trust’s mission.

Santosh Allath brings over 14 years of manufacturing industry experience before joining the Trust in 2018. Effective from April 2026, he serves as Trustee and Chief Alliances Officer at Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust, playing a pivotal leadership role in driving large-scale social impact nutrition initiatives.
He spearheads Government Alliances across India, working closely with various departments to integrate Sarkara (Government) in ensuring no child goes to school hungry. His efforts have significantly expanded the morning nutrition program to lakhs of children in government schools nationwide. He also oversees operations, logistics, and distribution, ensuring seamless delivery even in remote regions.
Known for his hands-on leadership, he mentors teams and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service — driven by a deep sense of purpose towards the Trust’s vision of “Let No Child Go to School Hungry, Ever!”

An active member of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation since his college days, Sushanth has served as a Youth Coordinator and has been deeply involved in grassroots service initiatives, including coordinating Annapoorna morning nutrition programmes.

Vibhavari Kyatsandra plays a key role in strengthening the Trust’s digital presence, communication outreach, and donor engagement initiatives.For the past 6 years, she has been working full-time with Annapoorna Trust, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities including content creation, website updates, SEO optimisation, digital marketing, creation and management of payment pages, and coordination with payment gateways. Her work supports the Trust’s efforts to increase public awareness, improve online visibility, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders such as donors, government officials, corporate CSR partners, volunteers, and well-wishers. Prior to joining Annapoorna Trust, she had close to 8 years of experience as an embedded software professional with reputed organisations such as Freescale Semiconductor, Nokia, and Intel. This strong technology background enables her to bring structured thinking, technical expertise, process discipline, and digital efficiency into her current role, thereby strengthening the Trust’s communication and outreach efforts.
