An active member with the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust, she has been an integral part of various philanthropic endeavors, embodying the spirit of giving back to society. Currently serving as a Trustee with the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust, Kusum continues her journey of service in a different capacity. Within the Trust, she assumes the crucial role of heading the Human Resources department, showcasing not only her technical proficiency but also her leadership skills in managing and nurturing the human capital integral to the Trust’s mission.

She was also involved in transcribing, translating, and editing Divine discourses while being actively involved in the Value Educating Bharat project. She is currently serving as Manager of Human Resources, implementing HR functions to support the organization’s objectives.
