Divine Mother & Child Health Programme Originates
An important aspect of the JP Nagar chapter that needs a special mention is the educational support provided to the children. Many children in the slum could not pay their school fees and uniform. The volunteers took immediate action to quickly restore the kids with their school education. Dresses and stationery help were also provided.
This is a great opportunity for the students to be exposed to the ground realities of the rural ecosystem, while also training them in problem-solving, communication, leadership and other soft skills at a practical level.

Sundays are meant for relaxation and family. Our volunteers and doctors spent this Sunday with their adopted families, relaxing and rejuvenating themselves in a different way.
The 16th of July was a special day in the annals of the Annapoorna Breakfast Programme. A special conclave was held with individuals and institutions who have been supporting Annapoorna programme in various ways.
The year 2017 has been more than kind to us. In February this year, we crossed an important milestone of 220 centres!
The morning nutrition is in the form of “SaiSure” nutrition supplement added to the milk, presented to the child every morning, after school prayer at the school premises.
