Covid Relief at Bora Banda, Hyderabad by Annapoorna Trust – August 2020

Team Annapoorna, getting word of 50 struggling families, set about planning and preparing relief packages. These families lived in Bora Banda. They were families of private school teachers who on account of the covid situation were now without any income. Schools being ordered shut due to the lock down, salaries had not been disbursed to them for the last 4 months. Grocery kits packed with lentils, rice, cooking oil, turmeric and other essentials were presented to them.
