The 100-Day World Cultural Festival, a global initiative uniting over 100 nations through culture, art, service, and shared humanity, was hosted at Sathya Sai Grama from August 15 to November 23, 2025. Envisioned as more than an event, the festival stands as a living testament to love, service, unity, and the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — One World, One Family.
On 22nd November 2025, the celebrations witnessed the august presence of eminent leaders including N. Indrasena Reddy, Governor of Tripura; First Lady Renuka Nallu; Deepak Parekh, former Chairman of HDFC; cricketing legends Sunil Gavaskar and Aravinda De Silva; Rahul Shivshankar, Consulting Editor, Network18; J. Sai Deepak, Senior Advocate and author, B N Narasimha Murthy — Chairman / Chief Mentor at Prashanthi Balamandira Trust, Dr. C. Sreenivas — Chairman, Sri Sathya Sai Health & Education Trust — all in the divine presence of Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai.
Tripura Governor’s Address
The Governor of Tripura expressed heartfelt gratitude for the love and hospitality extended during his visit. He praised the ethos of Sai institutions where every guest is treated as divine, and was deeply moved by the large-scale service activities — from the Annapoorna Trust feeding one crore children daily, to Veda Paatashala’s preservation of the Vedas.
Calling the Sri Sathya Sai Sarla Memorial Hospital a “miracle in motion,” he was inspired by the free, world-class treatment offered to the poorest, including lifesaving cardiac and neonatal care. He affirmed that the ecosystem of nutrition, education, and compassionate healthcare reflects the true spirit of One World, One Family. He concluded by saying he arrived as a Governor but was leaving as a humbled devotee, committed to carrying these values back to Tripura
Deepak Parekh’s Message
Awarded the One World, One Family Leadership Award, Deepak Parekh praised Sathya Sai Grama as a shining example of compassion-led nation-building. He emphasized that the integration of nutrition, education, and healthcare proves that goodness is the greatest investment.
Reflecting on global instability, he highlighted the urgent need for transparency, ethics, and values-based governance, urging society to focus on life worth rather than net worth. He reminded that philanthropy includes time, knowledge, and kindness. Inspired by India’s rich culture and youthful strength, he said Sathya Sai Grama left him humbled and optimistic.
Rahul Shivshankar’s Reflections
Rahul Shivshankar used a childhood anecdote about Sunil Gavaskar to reveal how prejudice shapes perceptions. He warned that in today’s post-truth world, people live in digital bubbles where feelings overshadow facts, fragmenting society and influencing democratic decisions.
He stressed that journalism must prioritise facts over narratives to bridge understanding and reduce prejudice. He reaffirmed his commitment to presenting honest, perspective-driven journalism that moves humanity closer to being “one family in one world.”
Sai Deepak’s Insights
Receiving the Voice of the People Award, J. Sai Deepak shared the blessing of being born on the cusp of Bhagawan’s birthday and announced he would soon represent India at an Oxford Union debate. He said the world needs both Shakti and Shanti — strength and peace — and praised the Sai mission for preserving Sanatana Dharma through service and value-based education.
He called for the “Bharatification” of Indian education, enabling future generations to articulate India’s civilisational worldview with calm conviction and cultural pride.
Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai’s Benediction
Sadguru reminded that Sanatana Dharma teaches speaking the truth pleasantly, but never speaking pleasant untruths. He honoured the distinguished guests and praised Deepak Parekh’s values-based leadership and Rahul Shivshankar’s integrity in journalism.
Reaffirming the mission’s commitment to One World, One Family, he thanked global delegates for their participation in the 100-day centenary celebrations.
The celebrations beautifully showcased the harmony of service, leadership, and global unity envisioned by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Leaders from diverse fields came together to reaffirm that humanity is indeed one family. The evening concluded with renewed inspiration and collective resolve to carry forward the message of love and selfless service.
