Houston Gathering Highlights Expanding Global Partnership Against Child Hunger
The programme commenced with opening remarks by Sri Sai Prasad Ivaturi, CFO of Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust and Advisory Board Member at One World One Family Foundation, followed by Sri Anand Kadali, CEO of Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust and Advisory Board Member of One World One Family Foundation.
Sri Sai Prasad shared the journey of engagement and collaboration between Share Our Strength and Annapoorna over the past two years, highlighting the organisations’ shared commitment towards addressing child hunger through sustainable partnerships and community-driven initiatives.
Sri Anand Kadali then spoke about the significance of the partnership and its potential to expand nutrition support to many more children across various regions in India and beyond.
Mr. Chuck Scofield, Vice President of Share Our Strength, provided an overview of the organisation’s mission and expressed enthusiasm about working closely with Annapoorna and One World One Family Mission in the years ahead to create scalable and sustainable solutions for child nutrition.
The gathering brought together nearly 40 distinguished guests from diverse professional, philanthropic, and community backgrounds. The evening concluded with an inspiring interactive session between Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai and Chuck Scofield, centred on the shared vision of creating a world free from child hunger and malnutrition.
