Amazon Volunteers Join Hands with Annapoorna Trust for School Support in Sardar Nagar
Shabad Mandal, Rangareddy District – In a heartwarming display of service and collaboration, Amazon India volunteers, in partnership with Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust, spent a memorable day at ZPHS Sardar Nagar and MPPS Sardar Nagar schools.
Representing Amazon were:

- Latha M – Regional Safety Engineer (Hyderabad)
- Pradeep & Naresh – Hyderabad Team

The day began with a traditional Indian welcome for the Amazon dignitaries — filling the atmosphere with warmth and gratitude.
Latha shared her happiness about the strong 4-year association between Amazon InCommunities and Annapoorna Trust, highlighting Amazon’s contributions such as school remodelling, enabling necessary infrastructure, setting up computer labs, and creation of Think Big rooms.
The children expressed their appreciation through beautiful drawings dedicated to Amazon India and Annapoorna Trust, thanking them for providing Fortified Morning Nutrition that supports their health and learning.
Eric, visiting from Germany, engaged with students curious about pursuing higher studies abroad. He offered valuable advice on preparation and planning for overseas education and expressed joy in participating in the volunteering activity.
Rajvardhan spoke of his own journey from a government school student to his current role, recalling past challenges and appreciating the improved facilities today. He commended the dedication of teachers and reaffirmed Amazon’s commitment to supporting the future of children.
Dhananjay Rao Ejapu, Telangana Regional Manager for Annapoorna Trust, reflected on the long-standing partnership with Amazon and described the transformative impact of the Fortified Nutrition initiative on students, teachers, and the local community.
The event concluded on a note of mutual appreciation and hope, strengthening the bond between corporate volunteers, social organizations, and educational institutions — all working together to nurture the next generation.
