Annapoorna Annual Event
The Annapoorna Annual Event was a vibrant three-day celebration from 19th February 2025 to 21st February 2025 – filled with joy and meaningful engagement.
Day 1: A Warm Welcome and Inspiring Beginnings
The first day of the Annapoorna Annual Event set the stage for inspiration and collaboration.
The employees were embarked on a campus tour, exploring Sai Krishnan Cricket Stadium, Veda Gurukulam, and Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, each reflecting values of discipline, wisdom, and compassionate healthcare.
The day’s highlight was a visit to the SaiSure Factory Nutraceutical Facility, a first-time experience for many employees. It provided an opportunity to witness the production process firsthand. They also had the chance to see, touch, and connect with the very product that reaches millions of children across India.
The second half of the day featured interactive sessions that sparked insightful discussions, along with team-building games and activities that deepened connections and reinforced a shared purpose. The day concluded with soulful evening bhajans, a sense of unity and gratitude. And the day concluded.

Day 2: A day of Collaboration, Celebration, and Commitment
The day began on an energetic note with a refreshing trek to Samagamam Hills, where employees started the day for the trek at 5:30 AM, giving an opportunity to connect with nature.
The first activity of the day was team-wise presentations at Kripashraya, where different teams—Finance, CSR, Operations, Corporate Communications, Social Media, HR, and more—shared their progress, challenges, and future goals. The session offered employees a holistic view of the organization’s operations.

In the evening, the prestigious Annapoorna Award Ceremony took place at Premamrutham Hall, where distinguished awardees— Ashish, Vibhavari, Vivek, Sushanth, Santosh & teams from Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu & Puducherry — were recognized for their dedication and contributions. They received their awards from our revered Founder and Chairman, Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai.
Later, Sadguru addressed the gathering, offering his guidance on the key aspects of Annapoorna and reflecting on the journey of the mission, which began with just 50 children and has now expanded to reach 1 Crore children. He further shared the inspiring vision of scaling this initiative to 2 Crore children in the near future.
He also underscored the need to expand into the North-Eastern states and spoke about the ongoing discussion to expand in Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh, highlighting the importance of improving child nutrition in these regions. Notably, he spoke about the recent statewide launch in Assam, reinforcing the growing impact of Annapoorna Trust in ensuring that no child goes to school hungry.
Sadguru concluded his speech by expressing deep appreciation for the team’s dedication, highlighting how a small yet committed group is successfully managing the nutrition of 1 Crore children every day. He specifically acknowledged the unwavering efforts of the team and extended special recognition to the Trustees—Mr. Anand, Mr. Sai Prasad, Mr. Jayaprakash, Mrs. Kusum, Mr. Narayan Murthy, and Mr. Prabhakar for their exceptional leadership in steering the program seamlessly.
The day ended on a high note with a delightful dinner, leaving participants motivated and inspired.

Day 3: A Day of Reflection and Renewed Commitment
The most anticipated day is a personal meeting for the Annapoorna Team with our dear Chairman, Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, at Premdeep, offering employees an opportunity to gain wisdom and insights.
The event began with four employees—Ms. Vibhavari, Mr. Kumaraswamy, Ms. Chetana, and Mr. Sumeet—who spoke sincerely about their journey with the Annapoorna Trust. They shared how they not only served as instruments in transforming the lives of millions of children but also experienced a profound and beautiful transformation in their own lives during their journey with the Annapoorna Trust.
Later, Sadguru graciously shared his guidance on the path ahead, touching upon three key aspects.
- Serving God Through Service to Children – The act of providing food to children is equivalent to offering worship to God. The children are considered moving temples of God, and by feeding them, the mission is fulfilling a divine duty.
- Selfless Service Brings Divine Blessings – Those who engage in selfless service with pure love attract divine grace. Rather than searching for God, individuals who sincerely serve others will find that God seeks them out.
- Transformation Through Nourishment and Care – Providing nutritious food to children not only satisfies their hunger but also fills them with positive energy, helping them grow into responsible, compassionate individuals who will contribute to society.
The session concluded with Aarathi, filling everyone’s hearts with devotion and inspiration as they proceeded to the next event.
Post-lunch, the afternoon was filled with dynamic and engaging activities, with the highlight being group challenges and team-building games organised by the HR Team, comprising of Ms. Anandhi, Mr. Ashish, and Ms. Sita. The energy was high, and everyone participated with enthusiasm.

The three-day event was remarkable. It is the first time that the Annapoorna Annual event has spanned out for 3 days with all the employees across various States joining the celebrations. The joy was evident on everyone’s faces as they connected in person, moving beyond the usual online calls to share their daily experiences and insights.
As the event came to a close, it left everyone inspired, energized, and deeply motivated to continue their collective journey of service, working towards a nourished and healthier future for children across the nation
