Sports Day Celebration with Oracle CSR team in Doddabele – 15 April 2019
Sports Day was conducted as part of the week-long summer camp for the government school children. They played a variety of sports such as running race, relay race, throw ball, tug of war, cricket, etc.
Sport increases the likelihood of children being active, allowing them to sleep better and keeps them mentally sharp. After the fun on the field, the children were given goodies consisting of notebooks, pens, tooth paste, tooth brush, soaps, shampoos, biscuits etc.
Active sports and gifts for the children made their day!

Annapoorna Trust in collaboration with Oracle India completed 33 CSR events in last 2 years in various Breakfast centres and Government primary schools across Bangalore. A wide range of service activities focusing on hygiene, education and environmental awareness were conducted. Be it explaining the importance of hygiene during medical camps, mentoring academics and distributing school essential items or planting trees in schools, Oracle volunteers’ have been working with great dedication and involvement.
A collective effort for a noble cause makes a huge difference.

Collaboration with Oracle India for a CSR event to contribute for a Science lab! – 23 June 2019
Volunteers from Oracle India and Annapoorna Trust distributed school essential supplies in Prashanti Bala Mandira School in Muddenahalli to 145 students.
Also, further collaboration between Annapoorna Trust volunteers, volunteers of Oracle India and Oracle CSR team joined hands to contribute for a Science lab in Sri Sathya Sai School in Vatadahosahalli. This would benefit 450 students studying in the school. They were also being provided with stationery supplies.
Encouraging the little ones toward education by providing right infrastructure will have a huge impact on development of India.
