Annapoorna Trust celebrates Guru Poornima at Vizianagaram – 5th of July 2020
620 needy families at the peak of covid were in miserable conditions. No jobs, no incomes, a hand-to-mouth existence. Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust did what needed to be done and that was addressing their hunger. Packets of tamarind rice and sweets such as ladoos were distributed to the village folk. This seemed almost like a celebration of sorts when they received food on the auspicious day of Guru Poornima.
