On Nov 18th, a new clean drinking water plant was setup in a remote village – Bandahalli, Chikkaballapur. Unique part of this project was provisioning of Smart Cards to the villagers, each card enabling provision of 20 litres of clean drinking water every day. There has been complete involvement of village panchayat, a joint collaboration from village and Annapoorna Trust, in setting up of the plant.
