Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai met Shri Anurag Singh Thakur, former Union Cabinet Minister and 5-term Member of Parliament from Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, who currently serves as Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Coal, Mines and Steel. The interaction reflected a shared vision rooted in nation-building, inclusive development, and public welfare. Discussions underscored the importance of collaborative efforts between public representatives and service-oriented institutions to create sustainable and meaningful impact. Such engagements reinforce the collective responsibility to work toward a stronger, healthier, and more empowered India

Senior TDP Leader R. U. Reddy Visits Sathya Sai Grama

On 29 January 2026 (Thursday), R. U. Reddy, a senior leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), visited Sathya Sai Grama along with Sunil Velagapudi and Raja Shekhar. He was briefed on the service initiatives of the Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission by Sai Prasad Ivaturi, Trustee & CFO of the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust. The briefing covered key areas including providing daily morning nutrition to over 10 million schoolchildren, offering free advanced medical care through hospitals and outreach centres across multiple countries, and delivering free, values-based education across 27 campuses in India and Nigeria. During the visit, he toured the Sarla Memorial Hospital, Premamrutham Auditorium, and SaiSure Nutraceutical Facility, and expressed deep appreciation for the humanitarian work being carried out.

Meet with Secretary of Education Dr Milind Ramteke of Tripura

On 24th February, Santosh Allath, National Manager – Operations, Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust, met Dr. Milind Ramteke, Secretary of Education, Government of Tripura, to discuss collaborative initiatives for child nutrition and education. During the meeting, Dr. Ramteke was invited to the “Role of CSR in Viksit Bharat” Conclave on 7–8 March 2026 at Sathya Sai Grama, bringing together leaders to explore impactful CSR partnerships. The discussion also highlighted the Morning Nutrition Program implemented by the Trust across the nation. Deliberations were held on the potential relaunch and expansion of the program in Tripura to support the health and learning outcomes of school children. We look forward to strengthening partnerships that nourish young minds and contribute to nation-building.

Engaging with BMC Officials to Strengthen School Nutrition Initiatives

Yogesh Jayachandra Kamath, Regional Manager – CSR (Maharashtra) from Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust met Ms. Sangeeta Doiphode, Administrative Officer, M/West Ward, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation on 5th March 2026 and apprised her of the Morning Nutrition Program being implemented in government schools under her jurisdiction in the Mumbai region. The discussion highlighted the impact of SaiSure Millet (Ragi) Multi Nutrient Health Mix, which is being served every morning to more than 2,000 government school children in the Govandi region. The initiative aims to address hunger and hidden hunger by providing essential micronutrients that support children’s physical growth, immunity, and cognitive development.

Strengthening Service Initiatives in Telangana: Meeting with Sri Bandi Sanjay Kumar

Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust had the honor of meeting Sri Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Hon’ble Minister of State for Home Affairs, in Karimnagar on 29th August 2025.

Our Telangana team shared about: 🌾 The SaiSure Ragi Fortified Health Mix with Jaggery served to school children across the state. 🏥 The upcoming 600-bed free hospital – the world’s largest of its kind, dedicated to compassionate healthcare.

We also invited the Hon’ble Minister to visit Sathya Sai Grama during the 100-Day World Cultural Festival. We look forward to welcoming him soon.

MOU Sign off with Department of Education, Telangana

The Government of Telangana has signed a MoU with Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust to provide SaiSure Fortified Raagi and Jaggery to 16.20 lakh government school children across the state.

This collaboration is a major step towards strengthening child nutrition, supporting better learning outcomes, and nurturing a healthier future generation.

Together, with the Government’s leadership and Annapoorna Trust’s dedication, we move closer to realizing the vision: “Let No child should go to school hungry ever’’

Meet with Hon’ble Governor of Telangana

On 26th August, our Trustee & CEO Shri Anand Kumar Kadali, along with Telangana team members Srikant Vooturi (Regional Manager – Operations, Telangana), Dhananjay Rao Ejapu and Pottabathini Kumaraswamy, had the privilege of meeting the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, Shri Jishnu Dev Verma ji.

We extended an invitation to the Hon’ble Governor to visit Sathya Sai Grama during the 100-Day World Cultural Festival, a unique initiative uniting 100 nations through culture, art, service, and shared humanity. We are delighted that he has kindly agreed to grace the event in October.

During the meeting, we also shared an overview of our initiatives in Nutrition, Healthcare, and Education under the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust.
