CSR Circle of Honour to Lloyds
Celebrating Leadership and Social Impact – One World One Family – World Cultural Festival
At the One World One Family – World Cultural Festival 2025 on 1st Oct, we were honoured to recognise Lloyds Technology Centre India for its leadership in innovation, responsible growth, and social impact.
The One World One Family Global Leadership Award 2025 was conferred upon Sirisha Voruganti, CEO and Managing Director, Lloyds Technology Centre India, in recognition of her exemplary leadership and global contributions to technology, innovation, and inclusive progress.
With over 33 years of distinguished experience, Ms. Voruganti has held senior leadership roles across some of the world’s most respected institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, Mastercard, Tech Mahindra, and Defence Research & Development Labs. She was the first woman Managing Director of JPMorgan Chase Technology in India and the first Group Executive Leader in Technology for Mastercard outside the U.S. Today, as the first employee and CEO of Lloyds Technology Centre India, she leads a critical pillar of Lloyds Banking Group’s £3 billion global strategy spanning AI, cloud, blockchain, digital, and data transformation.
A patent holder, Harvard Business School executive alumnus, and recipient of numerous honours—including the NASSCOM Women in Technology Leadership Award 2025—Ms. Voruganti’s journey reflects a rare blend of innovation, humility, and impact.
In her acceptance address, she spoke with deep humility, emphasising that institution-building is always a collective effort, drawing inspiration from the Mahabharata to underscore shared responsibility and unseen contributors. She highlighted India’s growing role as a global innovation flag bearer, spoke passionately about the power of technology in healthcare and financial inclusion, and encouraged young women to break mental barriers and believe in their limitless potential.
On the same evening, the CSR Circle of Honour 2025 was conferred upon Lloyds Technology Centre India, recognising its commitment to integrating business excellence with social responsibility.
The award was received by Rajesh K S, Chief of Staff to the CEO, a seasoned leader with over 23 years of global experience across product management, strategy, consulting, digital transformation, and innovation.
With over 3,500 engineers across India, Lloyds Technology Centre India has rapidly emerged as a hub of technological excellence, collaboration, and digital transformation, enriching customer experiences worldwide under Ms. Voruganti’s visionary leadership.
Through its CSR initiatives, Lloyds Technology Centre India has extended meaningful support to:
• Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust’s Morning Nutrition Programme in Telangana
• Prashanthi Balamandira Trust’s Kondapaka Campus, supporting girls’ education and empowerment
These initiatives reflect a strong commitment to nurturing both minds and futures.
In his remarks, Mr. Rajesh K S shared that while Lloyds is one of the oldest banks in the world, its India journey is just beginning—anchored in the belief that as organisations grow, they must also continue to do good. He expressed enthusiasm for deepening engagement across nutrition, education, and healthcare, and highlighted the potential for the technology community to contribute meaningfully to social innovation.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Lloyds Technology Centre India, Ms. Sirisha Voruganti, and Mr. Rajesh K S for their leadership, humility, and commitment to service. Their partnership exemplifies how innovation, compassion, and purpose can come together to create lasting societal impact.
