People from 101 villages spanning 12 Grama Panchayats around Muddenahalli were personally invited to the Ati Rudra Maha Yajna, Navaratri Homa, and Durga Pooja festivities held at Sathya Sai Grama, marking a historic moment of community, devotion, and seva.
The initiative was actively guided by Shri Rama Murthy – Trustee of Prashanthi Balamandira Trust, Smt. • Identify and personally invite key villagers including Grama Panchayat members, elders, school heads, dairy officials, women’s self-help group leaders, youth leaders, SDMC members, teachers, cooks, local businesspersons, farmers, and other community representatives.
A total of 785 invitations were distributed with entry passes, ensuring everyone received personal outreach.
Event Day Highlights
On 24th September, over 615 villagers participated in the confluence, with more than 500 arriving before 7:30 AM. For many, it was their first visit to the ashram or their first visit in over a decade.
A special campus tour was arranged for the villagers, with buses facilitating their visits to: Gurukulam Institutions, Sarla Memorial Hospital, Premamrutham Auditorium, SaiSure Nutraceutical Facility, Sai Krishna Cricket Stadium, Veda Pathashala & Goshala. The guests were deeply inspired by the humanitarian and spiritual initiatives being carried out under the guidance of Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai.
Guests experienced the vibrant spiritual atmosphere and divine rituals with deep devotion. Breakfast and lunch were arranged for all participants, making their visit both spiritually and physically fulfilling.
This confluence was an offering of 101 villages at Swami’s Lotus Feet on the auspicious occasion of Dasara during His Centenary Year. The aim is to build a core group of dedicated volunteers in each village, strengthening Sajjan Shakti and creating a network of active seva teams across the region.
To sustain the connection, WhatsApp groups have been formed for each village, and regular visits are planned.

Future initiatives include:
• Transforming Annual Grama Seva into a true village festival
• Encouraging villagers to take part in volunteering activities.
• Inspiring families to seek value-based education for their children in the Trust’s institutions
• Promoting village harmony through collective celebrations like One Ganapati, One Prasadam
• Village cleanliness drives on Gandhi Jayanti and Republic Day to keep temples, schools, streets, dairies, and lakes clean
✨ A Day to Remember
The villagers expressed heartfelt gratitude and joy for being invited personally to such a grand celebration in their vicinity. Many returned home inspired and spiritually uplifted, looking forward to participating in future initiatives.
This event marks a powerful step towards uniting villages through seva, spirituality, and community building, creating ripples of transformation that will continue well beyond this auspicious celebration.
