Minutes of meeting held on 5th March 2024
1) Honorable Chairman Sri N. Sampath has requested to be relieved of his current position due to prolonged illness. The board has accepted his request and extends heartfelt gratitude for his dedicated service and leadership during his tenure.
2) The trust is pleased to announce that Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai has now taken up the role of Chairman of the Trust. The trust considers it a great honor to have Sadguru guide us in our mission to serve more needy school children, contributing to rural uplift and transformation. His wisdom and vision will undoubtedly propel our organization towards greater success in fulfilling our noble objectives.
3) Sri K Satyanarayana (Sathya) has resigned from his position as a Trustee due to personal and professional commitments on 12th February. The trust appreciates Mr Sathyanarayana for his contributions to the Trust and wish him success in his future endeavors. A resolution document to accept his resignation has been signed by all trustees on 15th February 2024
