Annapoorna Trust Members’ meet with Governor of Telangana & Lieutenant Governor Puducherry

On 18th Jun 2022, members of the Annapoorna team met the Governor of Telangana & Lieutenant Governor, Puducherry for discussion on the relaunch event of morning nutrition programme to be held on 23 June 2022, in Puducherry for 25,000 Government school children.
Mr. Anand K. Kadali – Executive Secretary & Trustee – Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust shared details about various humanitarian service projects initiated by Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, notably by the three institutions namely, Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam Group of Institutions, Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospitals, and the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust that have made remarkable progress in furthering the cause of free values-based education, free tertiary health care services and free nutrition to the rural poor and the deprived sections of the society. He also provided details how Annapoorna Trust increased its scope of work during the COVID pandemic & engaged in several COVID relief activities across many states in India.
Puducherry Govt. has been one of the first governments who joined hands in our fight against malnutrition. Happy to note, our mission to combat malnutrition & making a healthier society is continuing despite change in political leadership keeping ‘Nation first’ as the doctrine. Puducherry government deserves the highest appreciation for their dedication to work as worship.
