Toast.org also supports and participates with organizations that make a significant contribution in areas of Food accessibility, Community, and Environment.
In 2022-23, Annapoorna Trust partnered with Toast, Inc. through Toast.org, the philanthropic arm, to address critical food issues and community impact:
RO Plant in Chennai: Toast, Inc. supported Annapoorna Trust in setting up a Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant in Chennai, enhancing water accessibility.
Morning Nutrition Program: Annapoorna Trust and Toast, Inc. collaborated to provide:
• Karnataka: SaiSure Malt Multi Nutrient Health drink to 21,000 school children.
• Tamil Nadu: Cooked breakfast for 600 children, contributing to their nutritional needs.
From supporting infrastructure like the RO plant in Chennai to providing essential nutrition through the Morning Nutrition program, this collaboration underscores the shared dedication to improving lives across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
