RO drinking water plant in Byranayakanahalli, near Chikkaballapur – 5th September 2016
The second drinking water plant was inaugurated in Byranayakanahalli, a remote village near Chikkaballapur district. With 70 families, this village did not have proper drinking water. The TDS (total dissolved salts) were way above the permissible levels. The villagers were very grateful for the new RO plant being set up, with modern technology and smart cards issued to each family enabling 20 litres of drinking water with safe permissible TDS levels.
