Egen Employee Volunteering Activity in Bangalore & Hyderabad
The Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust extends its heartfelt thanks to Egen for their collaboration & participation in Morning Nutrition Program on August 6, 2024. Their simultaneous support received from Egen positively impacted 220 students at MPPS Narsingi, Hyderabad, and 230 students at GHPS Balagaranahalli, Bengaluru.
Egen is a major force in the Google Cloud ecosystem, bringing extensive expertise in cloud and data transformation.
The vibrant day set out for the children at these schools awaited learning and fun which commenced with serving Nutritious Ragi Java to children from Grades 1 to 5 as a part of the Morning Nutrition Program.
The employees grouped themselves into teams of three to facilitate meaningful interactions with students across various grades.
At the Hyderabad School – They engaged the children with great spirit and enriched the day by conducting drawing competitions with three themes: 1) Independence Day, 2) Goals in Life, and 3) Nutrition.
The children were given 1 hour to bring out their creativity. These themes resulted in some spectacular outputs from the students. In addition to this, they had insightful discussions on the importance of Nutrition.
At Bengaluru school – The employees engrossed the children in intriguing quizzes for Grades 2 & 4. The day began with a video presentation highlighting the importance of maintaining good hygiene and consuming healthy food and nutrition.
Following the presentation, the children participated in a quiz. Prizes were awarded to the winners, and pens and chikkis were also distributed to the students.
The activities curated elevated their enthusiasm & left a memorable experience for these budding government school children.
