Breakfast Launch and Medical Camp for School No. 2 at Hubbali
The Annapoorna volunteers arranged for a the breakfast launch and a general medical camp at the School No. 2, at Broadway Hubballi in Karnataka. About 120 children studying in this school will be benefitted.
The camp was inaugurated by lighting of lamps followed by a few minutes of documentary video presentation on Annapoorna. Dr.Veena.P Wari, a senior Peadiatrician along with Dr.Timmaraju and Dr.Kantesh, both Peadiatricians at KIMS, checked all the children. Free medicines were given to the prescribed children. The camp was followed with breakfast for the school children.
Today was the inaugural day of breakfast in this school. The team plans to provide breakfast on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, to start with. The school has a total strength of 120 children. The Hubbali team already provides 5 days breakfast at School In. 6 in Janata Bazar.
