Annapoorna Breakfast Seva currently has its presence in 23 states and 4 Union Territories in India. Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust has launched its morning nutrition program in Ayodhya, UP, covering 1750 children in 27 schools.

The nutrition is in the form of “SaiSure” nutrition supplement added to the milk, presented to the child every morning, after school prayer at the school premises.
