Covid relief to 2000 families in Siddipet, Telangana – 15 December 2020

Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust supported 2000 families in Siddipet, Telangana. The pandemic with lock-downs and lay-offs brought incomes to nil. These needy families were provided with dry rations kits containing, 25 kgs of rice and many more ingredients. The recipients varied from needy private school teachers to parents of those children studying in Government schools of Siddipet.

This occasion was presided over by the Honorable Minister of Finance Mr. Harish Rao of Telangana. Annapoorna’s CSR partner ‘First American corporation’ (India) represented by Mr. Raghu, was present too. This company had provided Annapoorna with a vehicle to ferry pandemic provisions and relief on time, to various locations. This was a part of their CSR contribution. A magnanimous gesture which would enable Annapoorna to reach out to far flung corners providing covid relief in just minutes.
