RO Plant inauguration at Gedambachalli village – Doddaballapur – August 2018
In order to provide pure drinking water to all villagers free of cost, Annapoorna has launched RO water purifier plant at Gedambachalli village in Doddaballapur Taluk. The village which has about 1000 residents welcomed the free RO water plant installation, with the local milk federation committee providing their support for the cause. Each family in the village is given a smart card, using which a family can consume 20 Litres of Pure Drinking water daily.
Prior to this, the Annapoorna team had already set up RO plants in many other villages benefiting close to 30,000 villagers, thereby helping them overcome negative effects of contaminated water having high fluoride content, etc.
