Within the Trust, she assumes the crucial role of heading the Human Resources department, showcasing not only her technical proficiency but also her leadership skills in managing and nurturing the human capital integral to the Trust’s mission.

Currently, Medha leads CSR initiatives as the CSR Manager for the Delhi-NCR region at the Annapoorna Trust, where she continues to drive impactful and sustainable social change.

He began volunteering with Annapoorna Trust in 2019 and, deeply inspired by the Trust’s mission to serve underprivileged schoolchildren, decided to join full-time in 2025 to contribute towards this noble cause. Currently, he is Manager – CSR and manages his efforts into collaborations with corporate partners.
