He has also served as a College Administration Manager at Sri Sathya Sai Prashanthi Niketanam College for Women for 3 years. His extensive experience from previous roles significantly aids in managing operations and logistics in government schools across the state.

He brings expertise in operations management and program coordination, with experience collaborating across government departments, CSR teams, educational institutions, and community organizations. Through his work, he continues to drive sustainable social impact and strengthen community well-being.

Currently serving as Manager – Operations at Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust, Hyderabad, Shika oversees the Morning Nutrition Programme across Telangana.
