The trust has its presence in 25 states and 4 UTs, dedicated to addressing malnutrition among children, with the flagship SaiSure nutritional supplement presented with milk.

Regional Manager / Manager – CSR/Fundraising

Summary
We are looking for Regional Manager / Manager – CSR/Fundraising to drive collaboration and fund generation for the Annapoorna Morning Nutrition Program by engaging with corporates and like-minded organizations.

Job location
Requirements at Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities
• Build and maintain a strong network of dedicated CSR partners and identify new fundraising opportunities
• Develop and implement initiatives to achieve organizational fundraising goals
• Drafting grant applications and fundraising proposals
• Strategize and execute CSR and fundraising campaigns
• Liaise with government departments for relevant funding opportunities
• Explore and initiate crowdfunding campaigns and other digital fundraising avenues
• Represent the Trust at CSR events, conferences, and meetings across India to foster networking and generate leads

Qualifications required
Education: Bachelor’s degree. (Postgraduate degree is an added advantage)
Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in fundraising in social/CSR sector

Salary
Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Variable Component: Commensurate with performance

Government Collaborations Manager – North India
Job Profile: Government Collaborations Manager – North India
 
Location: North India (with travel across Delhi NCR, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh)
 
Role Objective
To establish, strengthen, and manage partnerships with Government departments, agencies, officials, and CSR/PSUs across North India for effective implementation and scaling of the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust’s Morning Nutrition and allied initiatives.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
1. Government Liaison & Relationship Management
 
   * Build and sustain strong relationships with officials in PM Poshan, Midday Meal, Education, Women & Child Development, Health, Nutrition, and allied departments across the assigned states.
   * Represent Annapoorna Trust at government meetings, workshops, and policy discussions.
 
2. Collaboration & Partnerships
 
   * Identify opportunities for Funding Collaborations, MoUs, tie-ups, and joint initiatives with state and central government departments.
   * Coordinate with State Education Departments and local administrative bodies for smooth program rollout.
 
3. Program Implementation Support
 
   * Facilitate approvals, clearances, and government support for implementation of Annapoorna’s nutrition programs.
   * Act as a bridge between the Trust’s operations team and government bodies.
 
4. Travel & Field Engagement
 
   * Daily travel across North Indian states for meetings with officials, site visits, and program reviews.
   * Work closely with regional teams to align government engagement with on-ground operations.
 
5. Additional Responsibility – CSR & PSU Partnerships
 
* Engage with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and large corporates for CSR collaborations aligned with nutrition, health, and education.
* Work with government nodal officers to enable PSU–NGO partnerships through CSR allocations.
* Ensure alignment of CSR/PSU-supported projects with government priorities and Annapoorna Trust’s mission.
 
 
 Qualifications & Experience
 
* Graduate / Postgraduate in Public Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, or relevant field.
* 4–5 years of experience in Government relations, Public Policy, CSR, or Development sector (experience with nutrition/education/health programs preferred).
* Strong network with officials in Education, Women & Child Development, Health, and related departments in North India.
* Proven track record of handling MoUs, government collaborations, and policy advocacy.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi 
 
 
Proposed Salary: Around 50,000 per month – negotiable on relevant experience (travel expense will be reimbursed as per policy)
Manager Operations - Hyderabad

Job Description
Position Title: Manager – Operations Organization: Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust Location: Hyderabad

Job Purpose
This role involves operational coordination, stakeholder engagement, monitoring program execution, and ensuring smooth collaboration between government departments, CSR
partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Program Operations & Implementation
• Oversee implementation of the nutrition program across the assigned regions.
• Ensure timely distribution of nutrition materials (SaiSure Ragi) to mapped schools.
• Monitor field-level implementation and address operational challenges
• Assist in Impact Assessment and collection of testimonials and documentation of success stories

Government Alliances & Coordination
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with State Education Departments, district officials, and other government stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government authorities for program approvals, expansion, and monitoring.
• Facilitate review meetings, reporting, and documentation required by government departments.

CSR Operations & Partner Engagement
• Coordinate with CSR partners to support implementation of funded projects.
• Ensure timely sharing of program updates, impact reports, and utilization details with CSR stakeholders.
• Support field visits, review meetings, and partner engagement activities.
• Work closely with the fundraising team to support CSR proposals with operational inputs.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Experience
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in NGO operations, government liaison, CSR programs, or development sector projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

Executive Operations - Hyderabad

Job Description
Position Title: Executive – Operations Organization: Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust Location: Hyderabad

Job Purpose
To ensure effective implementation of the Nutrition Program at district/mandal level, including supply coordination

Key Responsibilities
Program Operations & Implementation
• Oversee implementation of the nutrition program across the assigned regions.
• Ensure timely distribution of nutrition materials (SaiSure Ragi) to mapped schools.
• Conduct field visits to schools to monitor preparation, quality, and consumption of nutrition provided

Supply and Logistics Coordination
• Ensure timely supply and distribution of nutrition materials (SaiSure Ragi) to mapped schools.
• Coordinate with logistics providers such as Navata and VRL for the dispatch and booking of stocks.
• Track stock movement and coordinate with transport vendors to ensure delivery reaches the school point without delay.
• Work closely with MIS Coordinators, Headmasters, and school authorities to ensure smooth program implementation.

Data Management and Documentation
• Ensure correct data entry and verification in official records. Collection of testimonials and documentation of success stories.
• Support field-level data collection, such as height and weight measurements from CSR- supported schools, when required.
• Coordinate submission and collection of bills from respective districts. Assist in the preparation of Proof of Delivery (POD) letters and billing documentation for assigned districts.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in NGOs, the education sector, field operations, or government coordination is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Willingness to travel.
Office Location: Vanasthalipuram (Autonagar), Hyderabad. The candidate may stay at the office accommodation provided or commute daily from their residence.

Executive (Donor Relations)- Muddenahalli/Bangalore

Executive – Donor Relations
Job Location – Muddenahalli/Bangalore


The Executive – Donor Relations (Individual Donors) will be responsible for acquiring, engaging,
and retaining individual donors. The role involves relationship management, donor acquisition,
communication, reporting, follow-ups, and ensuring long-term donor association and growth.


Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and approach potential individual donors face-to-face through referrals,
networks, events, digital outreach, and campaigns to create awareness about our
initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the individual donor base
• Explore and identify events, exhibitions, corporates, apartment communities, and public
gatherings where stalls can be set up.
• Assist in organizing donor meets and field visits.
• Work closely with the internal team to align outreach efforts with fundraising goals.
• Provide regular field reports on donor interactions and opportunities identified.
Qualifications required:
• Any graduate can apply (prior experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or NGO sector
will be an added advantage).
• Strong command over English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in speaking with potential donors and building rapport.
• Willingness to travel and work on the field to attract and engage potential individual
donors.


Proposed salary:
₹ 20,000 – ₹ 30,000 monthly (based on experience and suitability)
