Nutrition and succour for 2000 Covid patients in Government Hospitals of
Chikkaballapura, Mandya, Tumkur and Gulbarga Districts of Karnataka

Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam Institutions and Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust, Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli, Chikkaballapura District, flagged off a Nutrition drive as an aid to the government’s effort in providing nutrition to all the Corona affected patients in the Government Hospitals of Chikkaballapur District.

This initiative was launched by Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai at Premadeep, Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli at 7.45 am on 06.05.2021.

All the Covid patients will receive on a daily basis a fruit, tetra pack of fruit juice/butter milk, ORS, and a biscuit packet, to supplement the meal.

In addition, they will also receive on a weekly basis, neatly packaged diet supplements containing 50 grams each of cashew, raisins, almonds, amla and 100 grams of dates. Nutrition Supplements for Covid patients has also been extended to Mandya, Tumkur and Gulbarga districts of Karnataka.

Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam Institutions along with volunteers from Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust (Muddenahalli, Chikkaballapur) continue to provide this support on a daily basis to 2000 patients.
