How is good work rewarded?
How is good work rewarded? Well, we believe with more work! After two years of conducting the breakfast programme in Vizag, we reached out to the Mandal Education Officer and Staff from over 80 Government schools in Bheemunipatnam (Visakahaptnam Rural, Andhra Pradesh) in an effort to start the programme in more schools. We are happy to share with you all that come February, Annapoorna would be serving breakfast in these schools too! Upma, Pongal and Pulav would be on the menu for the children, cooked to perfection with the help and support of the local cooking staff from these schools.
None of this would have been possible without the overwhelming support and encouragment from Sri Ganta Srinivasa Rao Garu (Honorable Minister for HRD, Govt of Andhra Pradesh).
