Annapoorna Trust is reaching out with grocery kits to 2605 needy families of rural government school cooks in Pavagada, Madhugiri, Koratagere and Sira taluks in Tumkur district in Karnataka. We thank Sri Ramakrishna Sevashrama in Pavagada. This relief programme will be helping the families, who are currently unable to make ends meet due to the pandemic.
Annapoorna Trust in collaboration with ‘Rural India Supporting Trust’ (RIST) and ‘Partnerships For Change’ (PFC) has been reaching out to more needy population in rural India, which is now reeling under the second wave of COVID-19.
The grocery kits contain 10kg of rice, 2kg of wheat flour, 1 kg of toor dal, 1kg channa dal, 1L cooking oil, 2kg of sugar, 1kg of salt, vermicelli, along with spices such as chilly powder, jeera, mustard and turmeric.
